Residents inside the Lubbock-Cooper boundary will be voting on the proposal for the school district on May 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keith Bryant the Superintendent for Lubbock-Cooper&nbsp;said the money is needed for the expanding student count and to provide much needed facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLubbock-Cooper ISD is the third fastest-growing school district in the state of Texas,\u201d said Superintendent Bryant. \u201cThis is a great problem to have \u2013 families want to move into our district, they want their children to receive a Lubbock-Cooper education because they believe in our vision and they trust us to exceed expectations.
